With 3 plus years of recruiting experience finding top tier candidates for strategic positions he has the experience and knowledge to find the right fit for both employer and candidate. As the VP of Business Development Jeff's role is to seek out unique opportunities for strategic positions within the organization that are mission critical and require top tier candidates who exceed expectations.

Kip Denson

Kip is the Co-Founder of The Denson Group. Her 18 years of experience in physician practice management in the areas of dermatology, anesthesiology, cardiology, pulmonology, general surgery and plastic/reconstructive surgery provides her with a wide range of knowledge in the healthcare and medical industries. As a partner, Kip works with both medical device industry’s clients and prospective employees. She brings keen insight into matching the "right fit" relative to culture and skill set requirements.   

Steve Denson

Steve is the Founder of The Denson Group. Prior to founding TDG, he spent 13 years in the medical device industry with COBE Cardiovascular, Inc., Medtronic Cardiac Surgery Technologies, and Denver Biomaterials, Inc. . His experience in sales, marketing, and consulting  gives him an in-depth understanding of the medical device industries, with particular focus on early stage and start up environments. Steve's philosophy is simple; find and deliver culture fit, game changing contributors to our clients.
