Our retained search option is used at Director level and above. Our replacement guarantee will be for 90 days and all candidates recruited will be exclusively presented to the client.

PRIORITY EXCLUSIVE SEARCH
Priority search is best utilized for mid-level positions which must be filled in a timely period and require thorough, professional representation in the marketplace. A project team, which will work with the client until the position, is filled. Our replacement guarantee will be for 60 days are candidates will be offered exclusively for a period of 30 days. An upfront engagement fee will start the process.

PROJECT SEARCH
When your needs are for large staffing needs in the same profile, our project search is your guaranteed option. A project team is selected to handle all openings simultaneously, ensuring quality control standards that are unsurpassed as well as timeliness in delivering a number of candidates within your time frame. Our replacement guarantee will be 90 days. The terms and conditions of project search are based on candidate availability, the total number of positions, and the resources required completing the process.

Our Timeline

Our typical timeline of a successful search in either Priority or Retained is completed within 4-5 weeks and the candidate is hired within 6-7 weeks. The only variable is the client’s hiring process and scheduling, which we will work with.
