Group has established itself as a premier search consultant to the
Healthcare Medical Device Industry. We have demonstrated the ability

rather than transactional dealings.
MANAGING PARTNERS
Steve Denson:
Steve is the Founder of The Denson Group. Prior to founding TDG, he spent 12 years in the medical device industry with COBE Cardiovascular, Inc., Medtronic Cardiac Surgery Technologies and Denver Biomaterials, Inc. Steve also spent 12 years in the consumer electronics industry. His experience gives him an in-depth understanding of the medical device and biotech industries. Steve’s business philosophy is simple; treat people the way you would want to be treated. Steve spends most of his time in the marketing, sales and engineering fields at both middle and executive level management.
Steve holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas Tech University. In his free time, Steve enjoys boating, fishing, reading, and spending time with his grandson and his dogs.
Kip Denson:
Kip is the Co-Founder of The Denson Group. Her 15 years of experience in physician practice management in the areas of anesthesiology, cardiology, pulmonology, general surgery, and plastic and reconstructive surgery provides her with a wide range of knowledge in the healthcare and medical industries. As an account executive, Kip works with the medical device industry’s “A” players both clients and candidates and finds that their cutting edge technologies are fascinating. She enjoys assisting them in their endeavors of contributing to improving quality of lives on a daily basis. Kip is skilled at recognizing top talent and partnering with a client to fulfill their hiring needs.
