OUR HISTORY

Founded in April of 1998, The Denson Group has established itself as a premier search consultant to the medical device industry. We have demonstrated the ability to build relationships with clients that are considered partnerships rather than transactional dealings.

MANAGING PARTNERS

Steve Denson:

Steve is the Founder of The Denson Group. Prior to founding TDG, he spent 12 years in the medical device industry with COBE Cardiovascular, Inc., Medtronic Cardiac Surgery Technologies and Denver Biomaterials, Inc. (Steve's earlier years were spent in the consumer electronics industry representing small and large companies domestic and international based). His experience gives him an in-depth understanding of the medical device and biotech industries. Steve's business philosophy is simple; find and deliver game changing candidates to our clients expeditiously.

Steve holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas Tech University.

Kip Denson:

Kip is the Co-Founder of The Denson Group. Her 15 years of experience in physician practice management in the areas of anesthesiology, cardiology, pulmonology, general surgery and plastic/reconstructive surgery provides her with a wide range of knowledge in the healthcare and medical industries. As an account executive, Kip works with the medical device industry’s “A” players both clients and candidates and finds that their cutting edge technologies are fascinating. She enjoys assisting them in their endeavors of contributing to improving quality of lives.
